Billing and credits

Credits are not being deducted during the free beta. Your credit balance does not limit what you can create while charging is switched off. The features available to your workspace still depend on what is included in the trial.

Paid plans and the credit cost of each action have not been finalised. Figures shown during the beta are not a price offer or a bill. We will explain the agreed prices and what consumes credits before introducing paid use.

Open Usage and credits to see your workspace balance and recent credit changes. The page tells you whether credits are being applied. During the free beta, a zero balance does not stop generation.

Credit history records allocations and adjustments. It is not a complete account of the underlying AI provider costs, and it does not show how many manual edits you have left: ordinary editing has no credit allowance to use up.

RoodtSquared adds credits to your wallet directly for an agreed allowance or adjustment. Contact your trial coordinator if you need help with access or your balance.

Use Report an issue in the account menu while you are on the affected page. You can check the outcome of a run in History. A failed run during the free beta does not create a charge.

Check the voice and brief before generating, reuse suitable images from your gallery, and edit a useful draft before requesting another version. Tell your coordinator where you needed another attempt so we can improve the experience.
